The perfect productivity stack for founders.

It's difficult being a 10x founder, so I've aggregated my favorite founder resources. These will 10x your momentum, no matter what stage you're at.

The stack.

The stack.

wireframing/ideating

wireframing

we know that nothing is more important than momentum — these apps will help you take that idea out of your head and get started fast.

wireframing

excalidraw is essentially Figma but without all the distractions — great for quick visualization

once you've got an idea of what you want your project to look like you can polish it up with Figma

notion/notion ai

as a notion power user I get so much value from giving structure to my projects — but I take it a step further by leveraging their built-in suite of AI tools to brainstorm and move quickly

building

apps that will help you with shipping, shipping, and shipping.

building

If you need more flexibility and want to build with code then I recommend replit. It's super easy to spin something up.

If you get stuck while you're hacking something together or want to supercharge your dev workflow, you'll wanna use ChatGPT. You can ask it to give you the base code for practically anything and then build on top of that.

launching

launching doesn't have to be a huge event like you see in movies. with these tools your product can be in user's hands faster than you can say "launch".

launching

I love this product, it's what I used to record all of the demoes you see here and it's been popping off lately. It helps make your launches look more professional.

a classic startup staple — launching on here can give your product so much reach if done right, and it's as easy as posting on instagram.

launching on twitter can be quite impactful, and typefully lets you create multiple drafts, schedule your tweets, and create automatic threads. a must have if you plan on being active on twitter (which you probably should).

I see that things are getting more serious and you wanna take your project one step further. incorporation. today it's not nearly as tedious to start a company as it was before thanks to platforms like stripe atlas. they manage all the legal documentation and infrastructure you need as an early-stage startup (and you get easier access to stripe's huge suite of tools, which you would be using anyway).

measuring

you didn't think that you could just launch and be done did you? keeping track of how your launches are doing is critical. these apps help you do just that.

measuring

This is a popular app for company analytics. It's used by many startups to visualize growth, retention, etc.

google analytics

if you're just getting started and want a number to check i'd use google analytics — it's real simple getting set up and there aren't any paywalls.

talking to users / learning

part of running a company is getting feedback, and you can't do that without talking to your users. if you're unsure of how to start, these apps can help.

talking to users / learning

this is a great tool to build viral waitlist/referral forms and build direct communication channels with your most avid users.

a fantastic product for having quick video calls with your users (or anyone really) — it's like calendly except it's not. it has a very elegant and minimalist design, it has built-in automations, and it's open source! if you think something should be different you can literally just open a PR lol.

uselex is super cool, it's basically an app that uses AI to help founders automate several aspects of user research like interview prep and insight generation. conducting user research can seem intimidating, but it doesn't have to be.

raising

finally! raising money. you really only need one thing to get some cash — building in public. and for that you should have a newsletter. i know you probably expected something else, but this is pretty much it.

raising

substack

it's likely you've already heard of substack — as the most popular platform for launching newsletter, you can potentially have access to a large audience if you post consistently. great for things like product and roadmap updates.

Thank you for reading!

I'm a senior in high school and love startups, coding, and writing about productivity lol. I hope you're able to 10x your momentum now, or at least you know more resources that can assist you on your journey :)
